How to purchase support

From this page (rewrite in progress), you will be able to :

• Request more information about VLDocking
• Purchase support online with Credit card or with a Paypal account.
• Purchase support offline with cheque or international wire transfer.
• Download with LGPL License

Support for VLDocking LGPL is simply based on size development team (we expect more support activity from a large team than from a small one...):

• From 1 to 3 developers : 300 EUR / year, (which is roughly the cost of one day of a developer's work)
• From 4 to 6 developers : 500 EUR/year
• Starting from 7 developers : 1000 EUR/year

Support will provide you patches (delivered in next minor release, in the time frame of that release), with maximum priority for your fixes. In case of emmergency (blocking production issue), specific patches will be directly prepared for you.
